We are delighted to welcome interested participants to join us in our first Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) training programme. This course is ideal for anyone seeking SRP Authorised Trainer qualification to train farmers and supply chain actors, or those seeking deeper insights into the SRP Assurance Scheme.
The six-day training covers the SRP Standard, Performance Indicators, and Assurance Services, including: Introduction to SRP, SRP Standard Framework and requirements, Performance Indicators Framework and understanding of 12 indicators, Performance Indicators and Measuring Impact, Assurance Scheme intro, Levels, rules, process, Guidance for traceability and Chain of Custody, Claims and Conditions, and Requirements for Verification Bodies. Part of this training involves a field visit to engage with rice farmers and millers. Participants will have the opportunity to involve themselves in planting or harvesting and observe the rice milling process. By passing the exam at the end of the course, you will gain the SRP Authorised Trainer qualification.
The training will be delivered by our in-house trainers who are SRP Authorised Trainers, with SRP Assurance Scheme expertise, and have a proven track record of conducting similar external authorised trainings.
Accommodation and practical information
The training will take place at Solo Paragon Hotel, Indonesia. Upon successful registration, we will contact you regarding travel logistics and requirements and provide accommodation details.
Course fee and discount options
The participation fee for this training event is USD 2,400, excluding accommodation and VAT. The course fee covers tuition, training materials, meals (breakfast, coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners) throughout the course and field excursions during training days.
We offer a special discount of 30% for NGOs working in sustainable agriculture and climate, SRP members and university/college staff/students (Code: NGO30). Only a single discount can be applied per participant. All discounts are calculated from the full course fee.

Please note that the course is conducted in English with simultaneous Bahasa Indonesia translations. Participants must have sufficient language skills to actively engage in presentations, group exercises, discussions and examination.
