Rahmad role within the organisation is mainly focusing on managing FSC Forest Management (FM) portfolios in Indonesia.
I enjoy working with an organisation with concerns over forestry issues, especially environmental conservation, socio economic, and forestry products. Unsustainable practices will threaten the lives of all beings in the future. Working in forestry is my greatest desire. That is the reason why I joined Preferred by Nature.
As a Forestry Specialist at Preferred by Nature, Rahmad is also involved in various administrative duties including preparation of cost proposals and providing support throughout the assessment and audit processes for the execution of FM certification services.
He graduated from Bogor Agricultural University in 2015 with a BSc in Forest Management. Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, he worked as a Forest License, Planning Department in PT Wirakarya Sakti (Sinarmas Forestry) for two years.
Rahmad has successfully completed Preferred by Nature’s FSC Forest Management Expert and FSC Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood Expert Course. He has also participated in several audits for FSC Forest Management and Chain of Custody in Indonesia.
Rahmad joined Preferred by Nature in 2018.
