The General Assembly atmosphere intensified yesterday as the formal General Assembly proceedings drew to a close. As the day moved on, people gathered in small groups to discuss and negotiate; motions were withdrawn, merged or changed, according to the results of the talks. We share some of the changes to key motions that will be put to the vote today and tomorrow.

Transparency and stakeholder engagement are two cross-cutting themes in today's issue. But we also shine the light on long-time supporter WWF, celebrating its 20th years of GFTN success and today's Mover & Shaker Margareta Renström.
