• She coordinates NEPCon's communication with partners and clients in Estonia and abroad
• Other areas of work include accounting procedures, translation, technical administration of homepage and intranet, and work safety and health risk assessment
• Experienced as a coordinator of projects on nature education and environmental public awareness raising, environmental NGO networking
• Experienced organizer of workshops and conferences
• Aile masters Estonian, English, and Russian.
• She joined NEPCon  in 2005.
