The process of ISO CERTIFICATION

The main steps of the certification process described below are similar for certification according to ISO 9001 (quality management),  ISO 14001 (environmental management) and OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety management).

However, it should be noted that the precise process may vary depending on the size of the organization and the types of production. For large and complicated operations, we may suggest an initial audit to identify major weaknesses in their systems prior to the full certification audit.

The process of iso certification

1. Initial contact between organization and NEPCon. The organization fills in and submits an application form.

2. NEPCon estimates the cost of certification process and presents a budget proposal.

3. If the organization accepts the proposal, a service agreement is signed.

4. NEPCon conducts the certification audit.

5. NEPCon prepares an audit report and sends it to the organization.

6. Based on the audit report, NEPCon (ISO 9001) or our partner BMG TRADA (ISO 140001 and OHSAS 180001) takes the certification decision and issues the certificate.

7. After the certificate is issued, the organization must follow the criteria of certification, which is confirmed during annual surveillance audits within the 3 year validity period of the certificate.
