Guidance for users of FSC databases

FSC has developed a couple of useful webpages supporting users of the FSC certificate and trademark databases available at www.fsc-info.org. 

One of these is an FAQ page providing answers to some of the most common quesions related to the public certificate search database.

The second tool is a new certifiate holder resource center aiming at users of the on-line brand pack or labeling tool that can be accessed at www.fsc-info.org by companies holding a valid FSC certificate. It contains updates on the development of the system and responds to issues and problems that users sometimes experience.

We recommend all frequent users of either the certificate search or the online trademark system to bookmark these useful pages.
