LITHUANIA
The SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance and NEPCon is conducting forest management and chain of custody certification
re-assessments of Birzai State Forest Enterprise and Panevezys State Forest Enterprise (SFE) in Lithuania. Re-assessments will be implemented from August to December, 2011. As a part of the forest certification re-assessment process we invite stakeholders to offer comment and feedback on each SFE forest management in relation to the requirements of the forest management standard. We welcome input, either public or confidential, in whatever form is easiest and most secure for you. Read more
BELARUS
The SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance is conducting FSC forest management and chain of custody certification assessment of OJSC Vitebskdrev located in Belarus. This assessment will be carried out by NEPCon - a regional partner and the official representative of the SmartWood Program in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Russia. The forest management certification assessment is scheduled to be carried out in March-April 2012. Read more
ESTONIA
During 7-11th of November 2011 NEPCon OÜ will conduct the FSC forest management assessment of State Forest Management Centre (RMK). NEPCon is a regional partner and the official representative of the Rainforest Alliance’s SmartWood Program in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.
RMK has 3 forest management regions and 17 forest districts. RMK head office is located in Tallinn. Read more

The SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance is conducting FSC forest management and chain of custody certification assessment of Kostomukshskiy lespromhoz located in Karelia Republic, Russia. This assessment will be carried out by NEPCon - a regional partner and the official representative of the SmartWood Program in Europe and Russia.
