Planned forest management assessments

CZECH REPUBLIC
The SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance is conducting group certification, forest management and chain of custody certification assessments of Sdružení obecních a soukromých vlastníků lesa Svitavy.

The organization is located in Czech Republic. The assessment will be conducted against FSC applicable standards for group managers, Forest managements and Chain of custody certification. The assessment will be conducted during August 26-27, 2010. Read more in English or Czech

DENMARK
The SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance is conducting group certification, forest management and chain of custody certification assessments of De Danske Skovdyrkerforeninger (Danish Forest Owners Association).

The organization is located in Denmark and manages private forests throughout the country. The assessment will be conducted against FSC applicable standards for group managers, Forest managements and Chain of custody certification. The assessment will be conducted during May 27-28, 2010. Read more

Skogkonsult A/S forest management group is undergoing FSC group forest management assessment during the period 10-12 November. Read more

LITHUANIA
FSC Forest Management re-assessment audits in four Lithuanian State Forest Enterprises

During January – February of 2010, NEPCon together with Rainforest Alliance program SmartWood will conduct FSC forest management re-assessment audits in Ukmergė, Rokiškis, Varėna and Tytuvėnai State Forest Enterprises.
