As Business Manager for Denmark and Norway, Søren Dürr Grue is charged with managing a fast growing customer base and services portfolio. 

In this region, Søren is responsible for execution, marketing and sales of a range of services. These include FSC and PEFC certification auditing, carbon project verification, as well as a range of services that aid in eco-branding and help secure compliance with existing and future market regulations such as the EU Illegal Timber Law: Responsible sourcing of wood and paper products; supply chain risk assessments; timber legality verification; setting up Codes of Conduct and verifying progress; and assistance with credible messaging around these services. 

He is also focused on ensuring high-quality delivery of all services and on fostering a dynamic, innovative and service-oriented work environment.

Søren is a well-experienced lead auditor in FSC Chain of Custody certification.

Previoius work experience includes the position as Director of FSC-Denmark as well as work in private companies and high school teaching.

Søren joined NEPCon in 2008.
