Quality and credibility are of special importance to NEPCon. To ensure proper handling of these aspects, we have developed company policies that guide all our staff. All these policies are public documents. They are made available on our homepage (www.nepcon.net) and are provided to all interested parties upon request.
The quality of our services is a decisive factor in achieving our goals.
Thoroughness, correct interpretations of certification standards, speed and efficiency are some of the key factors influencing quality. We are working continuously to develop and improve the quality of our work.
Our credibility is closely connected to our independence as certification auditors, both at personal and company levels. We are taking care to protect our credibility by avoiding potential conflicts of interest.
Follow-up on complaints regarding our certification services or clients is a very important aspect. We follow our dispute resolution policy for the handling of all complaints and conflicts relating to our certification activities.
All NEPCon policies reflect our management’s position. The latest version is always reviewed and approved by our management. Alignment of all NEPCon staff with the policies is also very important to ensure implementation of these policies. NEPCon policies, positions and strategic goals are discussed with staff during annual NEPCon workshops. New staff is introduced to the NEPCon way of working by the supervisor.
