Company policies

Two aspects of our work are of special importance to us: Quality and credibility. To ensure a proper handling of these aspects, we have developed company policies that guide all of our staff.

The quality of our services is a decisive factor in achieving our goals. Thoroughness, correct interpretations of certificaton standards, speed and efficiency are some of the key factors influencing quality. We are working continuously to develop and improve the quality of our work.

Our credibility is closely connected to our independence as certification auditors, both at personal and at company level.  We are taking care to protect our credibility by avoiding potential conflicts of interest.

Follow-up on complaints regarding our certification services or clients is another important aspect. We follow our FSC certification partner the Rainforest Alliance's policy for the handling of all complaints and conflicts relating to our FSC certification activities.
